This year opening morning he had 50 elk below him in the canyon. Some calling brought them right up the draw to him and this 5x5 up the hill from there. He took him for his first elk. Next time he will probably wait for the trophy herd bull bringing up the rear. |

In 2005 Brad missed a 7x7 in the canyon because his range finder was set on meters and he was thinking yards. |
